Rates and taxes
Our rates are per room and per night breakfast included. VAT also included.
The city tax of 2,50 Eur per person and per night is not included.
This tax is fully refund to the city of Marrakech and ONMT (Office National Marocain du Tourisme).
Deposit and payments
A deposit is requested for every reservation, 30% of the total amount by Paypal directly from our website. The remaining amount will be paid at the Riad by cash or credit cards (Visa or MasterCard only).
Cancellation and refund
In case of cancellation, you should contact us by email at least 30 days before your arrival. The whole deposit will be refund.
In case of cancellation after this period, the deposit amount will not be refund except for a medical reason. A medical certificate will be requested.
